Tip top village butchers. They will deliver meat locally and have an excellent website. Every day they have a special reduction on the blackboard outside the shop. Their free range chickens are the best I’ve tasted. The shop is immaculately kept and the display is good. The owner has a wealth of knowledge and is happy to answer queries and will prepare the meat to your requirements. Not only do they sell meat, they have a freezer full of fish and marrow bones for dog (or human consumption.) Also they sell pickles, sauces and chutneys, and free range eggs.
