Pretty good branch of Pizza Express. It’s in a convenient location and the building itself is beautiful, with a sort of stained glass dome thing in the middle of the dining room. Staff are pretty efficient although they always seem busy, and the food is decent enough, and well priced. A good bet for a quick bite to eat.

If you’re looking for food you know you can count on, but don’t want to order in, or pay an absolute fortune, then this is a good place to go. It’s a bit pricey for what you get, it is after all, just pizza, even if it is good quality. The staff are decent, although they all seem to be running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Look around online to try and get a voucher as it definitely makes it worth the trip then.
The layout of the restaurant is quite good and the carpark is free after 6.

I LOVE THIS PIZZA EXPRESS! Maybe its because this was the first pizzaexpress I ever visited but this has to be my favourite comfort dining place! Its great for large parties (we held my best mates Hen Night here) and small quiet intimate meals. Always fantastic service and a gorgeous building. Would highly recommend.

Pizza Express never fail to deliver FAB food. The staff are really kind and the pizza and dough balls are really yummy and scrummy. I love the ice creams they are yummy to. I love pizza express. I use Pizza Express regularly across the UK, particularly if I’m dining alone and working, and I find them consistently of good value. I particularly like their new range of super thin pizzas, which I’m told by a waitress are basically exactly the same, but just rolled out thinner. They make for a big plateful, but I love the way that they are hugely crisp. If you like horrible gloopy American deep pan, then you’ll hate this. Excellent. Staff are well trained, and they’re always very friendly
