We specialise in all types of hard flooring. We have the highest quality suppliers such as Amtico and Karndean. Furthermore we specialise in Eco-​friendly flooring such as Mineral and Marmoleum. All of these brands and more are available on request.

History

Established in 2009.

The idea behind floor de lis was to operate a little differently to other flooring companies. We operate as a mobile business so whether a customer makes there enquiry through phone or email we will organise a time at your convenience to come to your home and showcase the products your interested in.

Our team has wide and varied backgrounds some working with some major players in the flooring industry. We have fitters with over 20 years experience who have worked with John Lewis and other smaller contractors. We also have estimators and industry experts who saw the expansion and decided to join floor de lis.

We have recently ventured into social networking as a form of advertising as we believe it is an extension of word of mouth which is where the majority of our business comes from.

Business Owner

I started as an apprentice floor layer with a very experienced fitter working for John Lewis. I quickly developed a passion for the industry and strived to become the very best at my job. Venturing out onto my own as soon as I could and putting my business plans into action was always a desire of mine, I had different ideas to standard flooring companies and thought that operating as a mobile suited both the business and the customer.

I’m very proud of the group and how far it has come on to date and I firmly believe we have the most prosperous team to take us where we want to be.
