Louth has a couple of Indian restaurant options. This is one of them and as this was a recommendation from a friend, I thought that I would check it out. It was a cold early Wednesday evening so it wasn’t busy, although it was doing some take away business and I hear this place can get packed out especially at the weekends. The service is welcoming and attentive to your every need and the décor is modern. Having been shown to my seat and received a menu, I was keen to see what unusual dishes there were on the menu. I was grateful to see a number of unique dishes. This was most definitely a Fusion as the restaurant name suggests with a variety of Indian, Pakistani and Middle Eastern options available. I was keen for a lamb dish and opted for the Hasina Khari with a Pilau Rice — «Minted lamb cooked with lemon juice & special spice mixture in part a unique flavour to the dish». My portion was flavoursome and plentiful and washed down with a pint of Tiger Beer left me feeling warmed and satisfied before exiting back into the freezing cold weather outside. This is a popular option in Louth and gets favourable reviews all over the web. Consider this is another positive review to that list! Recommended.
