this store is set on two floors but is very cluttered, the width between isles is very narrow, they add lots of random stuff in placards at the ends too making it even harder to get round especilly in a wheelchair

Located over 2 stores inside a shopping centre, with all the stationary and goods on the bottom floor and a collection of Books on the top. Staff are always on hand and are friendly, however the aisles are too small and there tends to be an over crowding problem at times

WHsmiths offers everything entertainment, so CDs, DVDs, magazines, books etc. They also offer everything stationary so nice pens, pencils pads etc. They also have chocolates/​crisps and drinks.
WHSmiths are really good for revision material as they do offer a lot of the books needed for GCSE and A-​Levels also they do order in books which is really handy.
Overall i am not too impressed with the service here, they seem very unenthusiastic and just seem to act like machines, even when they try to sell things off the counter which i believe they get commision on they really sound depressed to say the least.
As a shop it has what you want but by the faces of the employees i wouldnt like to work there.
