History

Established in 2013.

We opened our doors on the 6^th of May 2013 with a vision to be one of the best Gelateria’s in London.

We have teamed up with a super cool team of Gelato fanatics who know how to make seriously amazing Gelato ! They include people who have trained with Palmiro Bruschi, who has won numerous prizes in Gelato competitions in Italy. He has been teaching at the Gelato University Carpigiani since 2008 and put quite simply, we make great Gelato.

We use state-​of-​the-​art (and environmentally-​friendly) equipment to produce truly artisan Gelato of unparalleled smoothness and quality.

By carefully controlling the pasteurization and maturation process and using the very best ingredients, we are able to consistently guarantee a perfectly silky texture.
