good food and nice décor near Mile End tube station. I think this will be my local Indian from now

Usually wary of buffets, nonetheless my husband and I tried Zeera for dinner and loved it. The food was all hot and fresh, the spices delicious: a few whole cardamom seeds and so on indicates that they use their own whole-spice mix, always a plus, and the piquancy was just right. A salad buffet with fresh veg and lettuce is a nice surprise, good way to cool the mouth in between juicy bites of palak paneer and chicken tikka. That palak paneer I could just bathe in it, it was so tasty. In addition, the ambience is modern, sleek, and roomy; the service attentive; the prices unbelievably cheap for London(I believe it was about £10 per person for the buffet) and they offer a student discount of 10 or 15%. If we lived in the area we would definitely make this a regular stop for dinner(or lunch)!

Frankly I’m not a big fan of the Indian food, but when it comes to this restaurant, I become one. Food is prepared really good it does look like that the chefs know what they are doing. I’ve got to say that if not all, at least most of their curries are fantastic. Also the meet is high quality and its fresh. The service is nice and friendly and the prices are average. I’m sure to visit this place again.

Holy crap! This place is good! I’ve only gotten takeaway from this place, but man, was it tasty! Being vegan, I had to request that they make our order with vegetable oil instead of ghee, which they were happy to do. My boyfriend swears that it tastes better and lighter without the ghee. I don’t remember everything we ordered, but we had about 5 things. We ate about half of each, but that just meant we had leftovers for the next day — and it was just as delicious the second time! Also, with the takeaway, you can submit your order online! Their site is really user friendly and nice to look at as well.

One of the best curry houses around, situated beneath the Green Bridge in Mile-End. I often use their Takeaway service which is pricey but excellent quality(and the delivery person is professional). Today I sat in and enjoyed their«all you can eat» Sunday Special. It was fantastic. They had enough of a range of dishses to keep you occupied, whilst being able to keep it all fresh and tasty; and all for £8.50! The currys are much better than the slop served a mile away on Brick-Lane. Yummy!

They do one of the nicest Spinach curries I’ve ever had — Mutter Paneer. In fact all of their spinach curries are excellent, as is their veggie stuff(although it’s a little more expensive than the average curry). Not so sure about the meat as the tandoori never tastes like it’s been in a tandoor.

Another fivestar place has come to my attention and, considering I’ve walked past it about 900 times since I came to university, I am amazed and disappointed that it took me this long. Me and my friends had gotten back from the disgusting monolith that is the Wembley Ikea and we fancied a nice meal to wind down with. We thought of coming here and, much to our joy, this place offers an all day Sunday buffet for only £8.95. For this price, you’re welcome to a choice of four different curries(one vegetarian option as well as the usual chicken/lamb), two types of rice, 4 types of starter and lots of other nifty little condiments. The service was excellent and, as a penny pincher, I was adament we tipped the waiter. We ask for tap water(see the previous buffet experience for this reference) and they return with a large iced jug with glasses for me and all of my friends. Now THAT is service!
