Just bought a pair of pants from this store and could say that I’m really satisfied with the quality. It doesn’t look like anything cheap but I should not be surprised since it’s Zara. The prices are OK to me, but it may look a bit expensive to someone else.

I find this store a bit pricey. However, if there are some promotions, you have to go there and check the attractive discounts. For shirts and jeans, this can be your place. If you are searching for a gift in order to surprise a special lady, I’m sure that you will find it in this store.

Cheap and quality clothes. A lot of lovely models. I am always happy when I shop here. Also I have to point that the service is one of the best in London– always smiled and friendly assistants!

I’m just lovin Zara! This particular store is may be a bit pricey but its it’s worth the visit. The choice is much wider than in any of the stores I have recently been to. Went there a few days ago with my girls and spend the afternoon. Got a fantastic new dress I just in love with. Worth the treat.

Zara man do sell some nice cloths, and the price is not all that bad. There range is very good, especially in the formal clothing section. There jackets for all year round wear are really nice and reasonably priced. The selection is smaller than others stores but you can still get a great piece of clothing where ever you go.

Been there in the Christmas time. The store offered a great range of products and some excellent offers. The price was good value. The shop was also quite big and has two floors. You couldn’t miss this place for clothes especially you don’t want to spend all money in the posh places.

Zara has some of the best clothes on the market, whether you are looking for something smart for work or something smart to go out in, you will find it here. The have a good range for women, men and children and their clothes are reasonably priced.

One of the better high street stores for mens fashion. Forget about Burton, Next and what have you. Zara both caters for those on a budget and those that want the best. Well designed and made clothes with all the popular ‘looks’ on the shelves. Skip the sales here though unless you fall under stick thin or incredibly obese as there will be nothing left in the middle!

Zara is one of the shops on the high street that makes clothes for small and average sized people, basically everything seem to be slim fit sized which cater to slim and average audience, they have nice stuff and their clothes are averagely priced, they make nice shoes and their perfume smell really good.

For kids fashionable clothes I would definately recommend Zara. They have clothes from baby up to around 14 and they are definately some of the nicest clothes. They are cool, dressy casual fun– the lot, but the items can be dressed up/​down. The clothes are like nicer less weird versions of what you will see in shops like topshop where you make think something is nice but has «weird buttons» or something. Zara usually has just the perfect fashionable item. The staff are usually willing to help but there are the occasional staff who couldnt care less, and once after helping a member of staff pick up a top she dropped she just took it straight off me and then walked away. The prices are also very reasonable and there are always very good sales: D

Kensington’s branch of this large, Spanish-​based fashion store is one of the larger stores outside Oxford Street. Set over two floors, the menswear section occupies the whole of the upper floor, and stocks a wide selection of both casual and formal menswear. The store is bright and spacious, and feels a little more relaxed than the Oxford Street branches.
Part of Zara’s success is its ability to introduce mid-​season ranges at regular intervals, although it is interesting to note that the turnover in menswear is less frenetic than for their women’s clothing. As to the range itself, I find it surprisingly broad: some items are very heavily styled and clearly aimed at the 18 – 25 market (competing with the likes of TopMan), whereas other items are more classic — especially their formal wear (which overlaps with their more up-​market chain, Massimo Dutti).
The one area I find you have to be careful of is the cut — they can err on the slim side, with fitted shirts especially — well, very fitted. Overall, prices are very competitive, although you have to watch out for the quality.
That said, I find them reasonably good for basics like long-​sleeved t-​shirts and accessories, and their casual and leather jackets are also worth a look. They also have very good sales from time to time. One trick I’ve found is that the same item in the Euro zone can often be significantly cheaper (around 25%) than in the UK, so if you are travelling abroad, it can be worth looking out for the same item there.
Another pleasant aspect I have found in Zara generally is the attitude and helpfulness of their staff: they have always been willing and diligent in trying to track down items — and quite happy to ring other stores, for example. This is a nice contrast to other stores where enquiries can be treated as an inconvenience.
