Bland food and a long wait at lunchtime!
The chicken tasted odd, and the Hoi Sin sauce was like no ther I have tasted beore.
At £6.40 there are far better lunch time offers!

Yum Yum serve cheap and cheerful Chinese their salt and pepper prawn and crab meat sweetcorn soup starters are personal favourites and their friendly staff throw in a complimentary beverage from time to time now that my partner and I have become regulars.
They’ve been happy to accommodate variations on menu items in the past and have, with sufficient warning, even been known to add specially requested dishes on request! They’re definitely worth a visit and they do deliveries too which is worth remembering on wintery Sunday evenings :)

My new favorite takeaway place! It’s really tiny, but clean and nicely decorated. They have art on the walls and pictures of their family which is really cute. I like that they actually made an effort to make it pretty unlike most takeaway places.
The food is also very good. For £7.50 you can get enough food for two people. They are also super quick. Last time I was here, I ordered and starting typing a text. Before I could finish, my food was ready. They are cash only though, which I hope they change soon

Waste of money. The «stir-​fry beef in satay sauce» was essentially fried bits of grizzle in gravy.
The sauce was literally gravy. A rather tasteless gravy with bits of raw onion floating in it and one piece of miscellaneous green something. The egg fried rice was actually boiled rice with egg in it and the mini spring rolls were… well they were nice enough to be fair, can’t complain about them, but you can’t exactly make a meal out of them either.
The place was quiet, the service was quick enough and the lady at the desk was polite; but I won’t be going back.

Yum yum tries to justify their name and most of the time they are very very good. Chinese and cantonese food that can be ordered from home or taken away.
The staff are always extra friendly and if you have a complaint about your order, they will make sure to compensate you.
Try numerous starters instead of a main dish for a varied and exciting alternative.
Best avoided during lunch hours as it can be quite busy. Their lunch menu is okay, but often the quality is very different from their evening menu!

The food is actually well-​priced considering its location in central London. There is a small seating ares which is great as you have the option to sit down or take away. The food is excellent and comes nicely packaged. Its a stone throw away from Kings Cross station, and is a hidden gem in the area.
