Ideal for first time mums, I offer Continuity Of Support through your pregnancy to early motherhood.
My pregnancy yoga classes are small & personal to a group of 4 – 5 women. Supporting you in the immediate postnatal period, I offer classes for mums & their babies (up to 6 months).
My small classes are held in a lovely, calm and equipped home studio — you will feel welcome, safe & nurtured.
I also run Mummy & Me yoga classes at the Whittington Park Community Centre (babies up to 1 year). For private & general weekly yoga classes do visit my website.
