Woodlands serves the finest, most authentic Indian vegetarian food in London in our smart yet comfortable restaurants located in the heart of London. We are affiliated with the famous Woodlands Restaurants in India which have been established since 1938 with over 40 branches.

Historically we have specialised in authentic south Indian cuisine but by popular demand we have extended are delicious north Indian menu and have introduced a clay oven (Tandoor). All our mouth-​watering dishes from the pastry on our samosas and cool creamy yoghurt to the Indian cheese we use in our delectable vegetable specialities are all home –made lovingly by our master chefs in each of our restaurants.

Historically we have specialized in authentic south Indian cuisine but by popular demand we have extended are delicious north Indian menu and have introduced a clay oven (Tandoori) at our Piccadilly branch, a concept we will be rolling out to other branches shortly. Business Owner

Rajat Sood joined the business in 2001, after completing his BSC Honors in Hotel and Catering Management, and earning a MBA from Manchester Business School. He brought with him experience from the Hotel and Restaurant sector, as well as banking. His experience enabled him to have a broad view of the business as a whole. He made various changes the food, service, décor and management of the Restaurants.
