White Hall Park Lettings

Having experienced many estate agencies over the years, and I have found White Hall the worst offender.
As a person moving into a new flat, it is always sad when you are charged for the property to be cleaned before moving in only to find they did not even bother to sweep the dirt and dog hair from the previous tenants, let alone any other form of cleaning. If only that was the one problem.
In short, employees enter property without alerting tenants, fail to fix dangerous electrical/​mold problems, paint over serious damp assuming that is the end of a problem, will not respond to emails, and pest issues seem to not be of importance. These issues seem to cover many individuals complaints from numerous properties.
If you have no choice and have to use them, just be aware that if anything goes wrong you are on your own.
