I needed something hot, tasty and in a rush and I was not disappointed. The chicken pasty hit all of my urgent pasty requirements.
A good commuter stop for a snack to keep you going until you get home.

I was a serious Pasty hater until I had a West Cornwall Pasty. My first trip to london and had one it was HORRID, so dry and bland. I couldnt believe they would sell something that bad. But West Cornwall has changed my aversion. Had the Ham and Cheese one and couldnt believe how flaky the crust was, warm and gooey. Serious comfort. Wish we had these here in the states. They are easy to eat on the go and for a quick meal. SO good! Looking forward to trying the steak and ale when i go back to London.

It’s a small bit cruel that there’s a West Cornwall Pasty shop in the Clapham Junction station, because I’m forced to pass by it at least two times a day and have a hard time resisting that aroma. I love their pasties so much and honestly can’t get enough of them. I’m currently in a Chicken & Mushroom phase, but that could pass soon… I’ve gone from Traditional Steak to Veggie to now. They’re so hot and delicious and fresh. I burn my tongue every single time I get one because I’m just too excited to wait for it to cool off.
I just had a friend in town from LA and of course I took her over to try one out and she is now an addict as well. Unfortunately (or fortunately) for her, she lives thousands of miles away from them!

This is a brilliant little pasty shop inside Clapham Junction station. These guys sell mini pizza baguettes, pasties and sausage rolls. Veggies fret not — there are plenty of veggie options here too.
The West Cornwall Pasty Company pride themselves on that homemade taste to all of their products. How can you resist the smell as you walk past this little pasty haven?
They are open until midnight mostly so I’ve often found this is a slightly better drunken alternative to a big bag of greasy chips.
For the veggies out there, try their cheese and onion pasties. My boyfriend swears by their sausage rolls…
