Self expression through admiration via the decoration of your t shirt. We produce our shirts to order — during business hours this takes 5 –10 minutes. If you order from our website you can expect to receive your shirt the following day for UK addresses.

Producing the shirts as they are ordered is creatively liberating and means we can manage what is probably the world’s largest range of shirts and say pretty much all of the designs in all of the colours all of the time.

Our process dyes the fabric of the shirt rather than printing it. This means we can decorate the whole of the shirt and it will remain wearable because the performance of the fabric is not altered by the dyeing process. The digital dye sublimation process is in full CMYK colour and is fully colour fast. We reproduce the artwork of our designs at a minimum of 360 dpi and a maximum of 1440dpi — They are vivid and they remain vivid… And yes we can put your images on our shirts.

History

Established in 2008.

In 1989 I was moved to buy a t-​shirt I saw in a London market, it was a hand painted detail of the Bayeaux Tapestry, it had something to say about me and mine. For me this was a first with regard to t shirts. I spent about 20 years looking for a t shirt that similarly resonated with me. Plenty of cheesy jokes and visual puns and no end of stuff straining to be cool and zany, I am sure you are familiar with such stuff.

Having come up short for about 20yrs I decided to do something about the problem. One of our first shirts admired a key man of Hoxton and Shoreditch, Ben Jonson, a witty visionary and iconoclast who would «sooner lose a friend than a jest» according to one of his contemporaries.

We sold our first t-​shirt in December 2008.
