Companies can avoid the drudgery of sifting through CVs, many of which will be completely inappropriate for the vacancy. And can get instant feedback on available candidates rather than having to wait for responses to outdated job posts.

History

Established in 2010.

We Connect Students was founded in 2010 by Oliver Dickinson, whilst studying Business at Plymouth University. His aim was to improve student retention through creation of university communities. In 2011 Clive Banks, formerly a senior banker in the City, joined Oliver and had the idea of connecting the university communities with employers.

We are fast turning it into the largest searchable database of graduate talent in the UK.
