Osteopathy is an effective health care system which focuses mainly on the musculo-skeletal system. Treatment is a drug-free non-invasive manual medicine that focuses on total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal frameworks. Treating a variety of issues, some of these are; lower back pain, back ache, neck & shoulder pain, neck ache, whiplash, upper back pain, sports injuries (e.g. tennis elbow), nerve compressions such as sciatica and thoracic outlet, slipped disc, muscular aches or pains, trapped nerve muscle and ligament strains, headaches, migraines, circulatory problems, occupational injuries (e.g. postural), repetitive strain injuries, digestive problems, joint pains or stiffness — e.g. arthritis in hands, hips, knees etc. neck and whiplash.
History
Established in 2006.
East London Osteopathy Wapping started several years ago and now has clinics in Canada Water SE 16 and Stratford E15.

James studied at the British School of Osteopathy between 2002 and 2006 and since then has specialised and developed his skills in sports injuries. Prior to undertaking his osteopathic studies, James was a sports scholar. This additional knowledge and background provides james with the ability to assist in the care of his patients.
