Good solid shopping! Choice seems a bit narrower than other Waitrose. May be a space issue. Apart from that it still is the best supermarket of the area. Grocery and the fresh counter are just above the rest.

My personal opinion is that this is what Kensington needed. This super market offer a wide variety of products which means not only food. This makes it really useful, I can almost get whatever I need in it instead of roaming around to search for different shops. The prices are average, not something I can’t handle. I love the fact that you can even shop online if you don’t have the time to get down to the supermarket. The employees always seem to be smiling which gives me the expression that they enjoy their job and this improves the atmosphere in the supermarket. I’m looking forward to see even more and I hope that from now on the supermarket works 24 hours a day!

Yay, Waitrose is great! It’s a little step up from Sainsbury’s on the ladder of grocery store hierarchy. Lovely selection of fresh produce as well as snack foods, sundries, and other such twaddle. Clean and bright with good service.

This was absolutely my favorite place to grocery shop when I was living in London last year. They have such a beautiful assortment of different things at this store from fresh dairy, meats, vegetables and fruits, teas, and different spices and fresh herbs.
Shopping here felt like I was getting some of the freshest food and it was much more reasonable than shopping and Whole Foods on Kensington High Street. Also, the wide array of pre-​made meals that were available here that I tried were always quite delicious, and were so easy to make when I was in a rush coming home from work every day.
This is a really nice store and mostly everyone I encountered here was very helpful and quite friendly as well.

I love Waitrose. This one is particularly awesome as it’s open 24 hours! Wide selection of items (the variety of yoghurts and teas is amazing!), well lit, nice wide aisles.

Very useful supermarket at the end of High street Kensington. It has two entrance, one at high street, one at Earls court Road. The size was very medium, mainly selling food and drink, but you could also buy household products. Cashier service speed was also quite good.

This end of Kensington is actually a bit lacking in supermarkets, as both the large Tesco and even larger Sainsbury are located on Cromwell Road, further south.
Just across the road from the main entrance to Holland Park, this is a relatively small Waitrose, but still has a good selection of fresh produce, and a fair range of everyday groceries. I often pop in when in the area, as I like the quality of the vegetables especially.
I have found the service to be much improved of late so have been happy to shop there, as well as buying Waitrose /​John Lewis gift vouchers as reliable and simple presents! (NB there are check-​outs at both the Kensington High Street and Earl’s Court Road exits, so if one area is busy you can always use the other!).

This Waitrose is a great addition to High St Kensington; usual quality of fresh and prepared products, good choice of organic foods and yes — you pay a little more than in a standard supermarket, but for most of the food it is worth it.
However the one disappointing area of the store is the check out. The queues are always long, and the staff is not just up to the task. Shame because otherwise visits would be a very pleasant and satisfying experience.
So I use Ocado instead!
