I can honestly say that in the time I’ve taken classes at Vitalbody my body has become more toned. I had problems buttoning up my trousers, but I don’t have that problem anymore!
Classes are a limited size, so that the teachers can make sure that you are doing the exercises properly and adapt them to your requirements.
I had previously been to classes run by a renowned brand. However, their classes were so packed I didn’t feel I’d learnt anything or was able to do the exercises without hitting someone!
If you’re looking for Pilates classes which will make a difference to your body, I can definitely recommend Vitalbody!
