Vision Express

This is a flagship store and they have so many glasses to choose from. I found so many pairs that I liked immediately. They have the largest collection of Oakley’s in the country and many other brands to choose from.
Service was great and I had no problems with ordering and getting what i needed. They offer a same day collection service (1 Hour) for £5 or they just have them next day if in stock.

DISASTER! I lost my glasses (somewhere!) my friends keep asking mr didn’t I have them on at the time (I think this was their attempt at humor) on my way into work I decided I needed a new pair as I didn’t want to continue on wearing contacts.
When I first walked in a lady approached me and said that someone would come to help me. I didn’t actually receive any help until I picked out a pair that I liked. Once I approached for some help they bent over backwards to help me and they helped me pick a pair that wasn’t actually on display.
There were 2 offers that I was eligible for (free eye test and free second pair). A different lady helped me with the second pair, she was really helpful and helped me pick a pair that would suit me.
I made the appointment for the eye test, I arrived and was seen to promptly, the optician I had was so nice, we talked about eye stuff and as I had been asked to take out the lenses for the eye test (obviously) they had given me solution and casing, so I put them back in but had major trouble with one after I had put it in. After I decided to chuck the lens he was nice enough to check that no damage was caused to my eye and gave me a spare lens.
I was then seen by a lady called Manuela who was measuring my eyes, lovely lady. As I needed them same day I paid £5 for 1 hour. They told me the free pair would be ready in 4 days (which was fine) and I didn’t pay for the extra non gleam.
When I arrived back she showed me the free pair, I told her that it was the wrong pair, well figures that they had done both pairs and has included the anti glare/​scratch onto the free pair too… Woohoo bonus!
Although I saw in total about 6 different people, they were all really friendly and would def come back again.
