Very disappointed by the maintenance of this building. Building is beautiful and staff are friendly, but the maintenance is horrible. Perhaps they are severely understaffed — not sure the situation — but they really don’t get it done. Multiple things in the unit were broken when I moved in and some things (like the microwave) took weeks to fix. When the dishwasher broke, the maintenance people did not come for days after they said they would. I had to continuously ask for things to be fixed and everything took ages. Really disappointed because everything else has been so nice but it really does hamper the entire experience when everything around you is broken and you have to keep asking continuously to have it fixed. What’s the point it paying this much and having a dishwasher if you don’t get to use it? More hassle than it’s worth sometimes.
