Specialties
As National Cupcake Champions selling the Best Cupcake in the UK is an honour and a privilege that we take extremely seriously. If our cupcakes are that good, then it is important to us that everything else we make has to be up to the same high standard too!
Every day our bakers make a unique selection of freshly baked goods, everything from sweet treats to savoury snacks, that we lovingly hand bake from scratch in our on site bakery.
Our all day breakfast, brunch & lunch dishes are all freshly made to order as well as our carefully brewed loose leaf teas & beautiful, barista made organic coffee.
At Upsy Daisy Bakery we believe in the honest goodness of simple foods made from quality ingredients & traditional cooking methods. We do not fry anything in our kitchen (we griddle & poach) to help give you a cleaner and tastier meal with a lot less fat! We do not use a microwave and avoid any nasty ingredients like Genetically Modified foods and chemical additives & preservatives.
History
Established in 2010.
Upsy Daisy Bakery opened her doors in leafy Hammersmith in July 2010 and is run by Emily Johnson and Matthew Warren.
As born & bred West Londoners, Emily & Matthew felt there was something lacking on our high streets and in the capital.
As a bright alternative to the ubiquitous American chains filling our high streets, Upsy Daisy Bakery is a contemporary version of a traditional English tearoom with an emphasis on quality, local ingredients & honest home baking.
We serve quality loose-leaf teas, barista made organic coffee and a selection of breakfast, brunch & lunch dishes all made to order and of course a plethora of lovingly made baked goods, all topped off with a beautiful afternoon tea.
In August 2012 Emily Johnson (Head Baker & Owner of Upsy Daisy Bakery) won the ‘National Cupcake Championships.’
We can now boast ‘Best Cupcake In The UK!‘
In September 2012 we launched our new range of «Cuptails» (Cocktail Inspired Alcoholic Cupcakes!)
Why not come and try for yourself?
