Upgrade Recruitment

After moving from Surrey to London I was keen to find work as soon as possible. I called several recruitment agencies and had mixed experiences, most were polite and two or three invited me to attend their offices for an interview, then promised to get in touch with me when something suitable came along (I never heard from them again), one was completely disinterested (even though I had been working for their Guildford branch prior to moving home), and others asked me to send over my CV by email and never got back to me.
My experience with Upgrade was very different. I was invited to meet with their consultant, Rupert, and at the appointment he reviewed my CV and offered to put me forward for a specific permanent role. He also asked if I would be interested in temping. I confirmed that I was and within 48 hours Rupert had found me a suitable long term temp position, which I gladly accepted, and have enjoyed.
Throughout the placement Rupert kept in close contact and was very helpful regarding any queries I had. I would definitely recommend Upgrade Recruitment.
