UOE sells high end pens like Faber Casstel, card stock and stationary. They also have an Internet café and play Girls Aloud rather loudly.
I found this store to be minimalistic, modern and bright with a Kinkos type service desk where you can order Custom Printing or photocopying.
This store is a good place for a pen enthusiast to linger over the glass cases and contemplate. There are a few messenger bags to be had as well.
