This should by all accounts be my fave restaurant, specialising in, you got it, burgers.
However, although it does do pretty good meat sandwiches, it doesn’t get more than three stars because the competition is so high now for high end burgers. And these guys don’t quite do it well enough. Although they do offer organic.
The setting, though, makes up for much of this. Nestled in the heart of the abbeville road, it has an outside patio area which catches the afternoon sun, and where you can watch the well-​to-​do world of clapham wander by. A nice haunt, just too chainy to be outstanding.
