I use in Tooting Leisure Centre swimming pool only. Time table is clear, a lot of opportunities for adult/​lane swimming and there is also allocated time for women only. Changing rooms are ok, nothing fancy, I would say average. Never had a problem to park my car.

I only use the pool here but it is a large one with a clear timetable — most evenings are for adult lane swimming for people of all speeds wanting to get their exercise fix.

As quoted «kinetika Fitness suite is state of the art and offers something for everyone» and I agree.
It is abit of a walk from the station (–1 star) but at least you”ll be all warmed up by the time you get there
They have a gym, 2 Swimming Pools, 3 Exercise Studios, indoor cycling, function hall, sauna, 3 Squash Courts, beauty therapy, crèche, a playzone, free car parking and a café where you can unwind after a hard workout.
My brother is a street/​hip hop choreographer and he always hires one of the studios to teach and he is never disappointed.
I attended one of his classes and I was very impressed with the space that the studio offers. It is very modernised, spacious, you have a personal wardrobe, huge mirrored walls, a stereo and there is AIR CON (yay for the cool recycled air) and staff are friendly!
They always have special offers, so be sure to call and find out.
So any dancers exercise teachers out there, this is the place to be!

This is Tooting’s local public pool. It is slightly bigger than your average pool at 33m, it also has a teaching pool for little ones which is 12m and very warm. The changing rooms can get a little bit grotty sometimes. They usually have a section roped off for lane swimming. The centre also has a large sports hall where you can hire courts; but you have to go in there to book if you are not a member. They also have a Kinetika gym.

When I lived in Tooting I went to their leisure centre a few times, and its a nice, clean, comprehensive centre. It was just down the road from me so I walked, but they have a decent sized parking lot, and a nursery for you parents. I didn’t use their regular gym, although it looked nice, with a good variety of machines. I was there for yoga.
I am a total beginner at yoga, and I took my first class here. It was easy to fit in, the instructer was clear about what to do which was good because everyone except me seemed to be a repeat student! They provided us with mats, all you need is yourself and you’ll probably want a water bottle. They have a really varied class schedule, with different levels and times throughout the week. You can sign up for a lot of classes and get a discount, or come on a first come first serve basis– which I never had a problem doing, and pay about 7 pounds per class.
