Not worth the money. Horrible customer service. I’ve had better experiences at Super Cuts. I only went there because the salon across the street was closed Mondays. Worst decision ever… and I’ve made some bad hair decisions in my life.

I went here years ago (summer of 2005) while I was in London for a summer internship. I wanted that shaggy haircut that I was seeing everywhere and decided to go to Toni & Guy. I had a great experience and LOVED my hair.
If only I can hop on a plane from San Francisco to get my haircut at Toni & Guy in London.
