Although the concept of riding all electric is cool… The service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. Leaving Heathrow airport garage… Almost hit another car. Ride through London was a frightful experience. Had booked a return from St pancras… Meeting up with driver was nearly impossible. Ride back to Heathrow was even more frightfu (nearly rear ended a parkedl car, hard stops, aggressive starts… And insane land maneuvers…). Although holding the booking confirmation in my hand which clearly indicates being dropped to an airport hotel… Driver is insistent we are being dropped at terminal 2…
I have booked other car services and all have been great, easy to meet and a comfortable ride. Even über rides are far more relaxing.
Would not recommend booking this service.

100% electric cars and great service at a very low cost! Peter picked my parents up from the airport. He was extremely knowledgeable about London’s landmarks as well as a great driver who got them to their destination quickly.

They showed up at the wrong date. That is, early morning a month before I’d scheduled the pick up. They called and called and left messages. I finally called back and mysteriously the phone would ring, pickup and then hang up. I then called the driver who admitted they’d made a mistake. I instructed him to call me back at a reasonable hour confirming my original booking and apologizing for the error.
They did not call me back.
I called them instead asking for an explanaton. The man who i spoke with who said he was a manager responded with ‘are you done talking’. Followed by a nonsensical explanation as to how it was the online booking companies fault. He claimed the online booking company must have called and told them there was an error.
To be clear it was his assertion that the online booking company happened to know they’d arrive a month early, opted to call them after the booking randomly to tell them there had been an error. I actually asked the booking company if this was the case and they (in GREAT detali) explained exactly how their backend system worked and how it intereacted with their computers through their network. They basically showed me how this was an impossibility and could NEVER happen.
So yes the issue was with the cab company, and instead of apologizing and keepng a customer, they opted to treat me in an absolutely shameful manner. Yes its great they offer an all-​electric service, but for the abysmal customer service, and third world attitude, its really NOT worth the trouble.
