The best thing about this Thorntons is without a doubt the café. It’s been open for a good six or seven years now and every day before heading to college down the road I used to stop in for a white hot chocolate. It’s just the best thing ever. Oh, my God seriously just sweet chocolatey overload.
I go in whenever I’m in the vicinity, which is why I have to limit my visits to Bexleyheath to times when either I desperately need something and can’t ask my mum to grab it when she’s next up there or the craving becomes too strong and I go all Godzilla on the world.
The chocolate shop part of this store is small but stocks all the basic Thorntons goodies, and comes complete with a personalisation service where they’ll ice your loved one’s name onto a chocolate statue. But what do you care about that when they do fresh cakes, sandwiches and GORGEOUS drinks right around the corner?

thorntons on the broadway actually has a café. perfect for hot chocolate lovers! I had the white hot chocolate which was like the sweetest tasting thing ever… you can take the girl out of scotland. but she will never stop loving bad for your teeth treats!

This is a large store located outside the Broadway (also known as The Mall). If you are on a diet DO NOT go in… The chocolates, Ice cream, drinks etc, just calls you saying buy me, eat/​drink me… Drinks are sold inside and there is a seating area, staff are friendly, service is good Recommended
