I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The staff are amazingly helpful and accommodating. After screwed up my reservation by booking my friend and I in a room with a twin bed the manager at the Z upgraded us first to a larger room and then when he knew for sure he had vacancy for the night he TWICE sent someone to our room with a room key and offered us an additional room so that we both had our own beds to sleep in. Basically we had our own room both nights because the manager was willing to take such good care of us. I was AMAZED and so happy by this. Also the hotel has one of the best showers I’ve had. Strong pressure in a modern bathroom. They have a happy hour every evening which is also really fun. Finally it’s in an amazing location in London. I plan to be back. Thank you Z!!!

The Z hotel is great. My best friend and i stayed in one of the rooms underground with no windows however, to my surprise we loved it! very small room but very clean and perfect for the two of us girls. the staff was fabulous! never came across anyone who wasn’t helpful or unhappy. complimentary coffee, croissants, wine, cheese, and bread during certain hours! the location of this hotel is fabulous as well. it is down a smaller street on one of the main roads so it is quiet, but you can be in center of town in two minutes, walking.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Z hotel. I’ll start with the service, which was outstanding. I arrived well before my check in time, just hoping to drop off my bags. The lovely gentleman at the front desk walked me through everything and actually got me into a room early. Another employee gave me the rundown of the hotel as he showed me to my room, making sure the key worked before going back upstairs. This is certainly not something I expect from a budget hotel. All the other interactions I had with the staff were extremely pleasant as well. Everyone was friendly and engaged and seemed eager to make my stay enjoyable. When I checked out at 4:00am to make my flight, the receptionist actually made me a sandwich because they didn’t have anything ready made at the time! For the price, the advantages of this location are remarkable. I picked it primarily because of the proximity to the West End, but it is also conveniently located near Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and the Strand. We found we could walk most of the places we wanted to go. The rooms are extremely small, but I knew that going in. It’s perfectly adequate for a short stay where you don’t plan to relax in your room much. I will warn against sharing a room with someone you aren’t completely comfortable with, as the frosted glass mini-bathroom does not offer much in the way of privacy. If you find yourself feeling crammed or needing a table, the lobby is an excellent place to relax. They hotel offers a good place to stay with a reasonable cost and extremely pleasant staff. Next time I go to London, this place is definitely going to be my home away from home.

Excellent location, just near Piccadilly Circus on one side and Trafalgar Square on the other. Very small rooms(really really small, bed + shower and that’s almost all the space you have) but if your into spending most of your days(and nights) outside, it’s more then enough for couples. Very clean and tidy. The staff is amazing: kind, polite, helpful and always happy to listen and assist with a smile –for us that’s what will make us come back again
