The Taven Company came highly recommended by a tutor on my course at the univeristy so I decided I mus try it. I was not disappointed! I also think you can tell how good a restaurant is by how happy the people look who are eating there and the people inside the Tavern almost always look very happy! I thought the food was very good. It’s Mexican– not the most authentic Mexican food I’ve ever tasted, but good nonetheless. I also recommend the steak– best I’ve had in Liverpool.
