Awesome location if your commuting from Warren Street as it’s right next to the station. Good selection of beers ciders wine etc and the food looked delicious. Oh and there’s a pub quiz on a Tuesday night only £1 entry with lots of prizes! Nice little pub in london give it a go :)

Prince of Wales Feathers is a decent enough pub. My colleagues seem to favour this over the one closer to our office. I’m not much of a pub fan, but, but will give it a good rating because it serves Fruli, which I love. Also, this place does Jagerbombs. I’m not really all that familiar with what pubs don’t serve, but do recall another pub where a friend had to instruct the guy on how to make a martini so the fact that this place did Jagerbombs somehow impressed me. Because of the proliferation of offices nearby, this pub does tend to get busy.

Good fun quiz here on a Wednesday night. The quizmaster is announced as being«off the telly“but that may have meant he was on the shoppingchannel flogging cheese graters that double up as a clothes line. I’d certainly never heard of him. Questions range from ridiculously easy to mildly challenging, the quizmaster is a great laugh(and camp as a row of pink tents) and they have a great selection of beers including Brooklyn Lager on tap.

Great place to begin or end a pub crawl. As it were, this is where last Saturday began. Upon arriving first of the group and feeling peckish, I was very pleased to find that it wasn’t your typical pub menu. There were many things on the menu that tickled my fancy, but I opted to just go with a small plate of sweet potato wedges with tarragon mayo. I tip my hat to the chef — well done sir. Furthermore, the beer selection is excellent. Brooklyn Lager on tap is a surefire way to put a smile on my face. I was clearly excited upon this discovery and the bartender complimented my selection. «Most Americans go for the Sierra Nevada». Another fine beer available on tap. With a seat facing the bar, I felt very much at ease even sitting alone waiting for my fellow crawlers to arrive. I would have been happy to stay for a second pint, but the rules of pub crawling would see me leave this place looking back. If you’re in the area, do step in for a pint.

This venue thoroughly impressed me. We began a pub crawl yesterday at this very Warren Street location — never had being here before, I was quite put on by the place. They had multiple high-end beers on draft(Ichiban, Brooklyn Lager, Blue Moon, Red Stripe etc.) my colleague, Mark S. — ordered a fabulous dish of wedges, along with the remainder of their menu in which I read multiple times yet refused to order because of the task at hand — I will honestly protest a second, third, fourth, etc. visit to this easy to find location. This place was great, I really do recommend it to anyone in the Warren St., Euston, Great Portland St. Area. Top marks.

Been a while since I last visited, here is my experience. I went in on a Monday lunch time, it wasn’t too busy so I was 3rd in the queue for ordering. It turned out I just about managed to make it 6th. There was one staff member behind the bar when I got in, so I waited, oops slipped behind in the queue, another staff member went behind the bar and I was demoted to 5th, then 6th, as she served served another customer. The original staff member seemed to be putting glasses into the dishwasher. When she actually saw me, she asked who’s next, I said«me at last!» blank expression from her. When she asked for the money, I thought i’d be sarcastic and said, «wouldn’t you like to ask someone else first?» Blank look again. My rating has gone down. Had to rush my pint as I had to get back to work.

First thing about this was that it’s a bar that has big screens for sports, making a quiet drink in the evening a touch too noisy, even when the pub was mostly empty. Service was good, it was cheaper than the other two pubs locally, but the beer wasn’t so well kept, nor did they have the full range of J20. I’ve been here a few times — it’s dead opposite Warren St Station, which makes it convenient for all sorts of people, so tends to be busier in the early evening. Summary: good for a cheaper quick drink, to catch up on the sports, or to meet someone who doesn’t know the area.
