History

Established in 2004.

We were registered and licensed by the Care Quality Commission between 2004 – 2010 as an Independent Private Hospital, until the deregulation legislation was enforced in 2010 meaning anyone could open a Laser Clinic.

So far everything is great. I am having laser hair removal on two areas. The procedure is painless and quick.

I bought a Groupon voucher for this salon on the premise that it would cover a Brazilian. Both the advert and my voucher made a point of saying ‘including Brazilian’ repeatedly. However, when I arrived at the salon for my consultation I was told that ‘A Brazilian here isn’t like a Brazilian at other places it’s just high bikini.’ When I pointed out that that isn’t a Brazilian, that’s a high bikini and they shouldn’t be advertising it as such, they said well we don’t offer Brazilian to Groupon customers.
I pointed out that it was advertised on both the voucher and their Groupon advert, but they refused to uphold this. Completely false advertising I bought the voucher and took time out of my working day to go down there for the appointment, only be told that in fact I wasn’t entitled to what I’d been promised.
Very bad customer service.
