According to ancient Greek legends, a sacred goat named Amalthea, nurtured the infant Zeus with her divine milk into being the strongest entity of his time and the later «king and father of the gods». Amalthea was a descendant of the Sun and her horns had the godly power to produce unlimited sustenance of superior quality for gods and mortals alike. The goat Amalthea was and is a symbol of nourishment, abundance and life!

As a greek student in London you could easily realise that there was no proper greek food around. Having experienced the difficulties to travel with 5 lt. olive oil we decided to offer pure greek taste in the heart of London’s gastro life: WC1.
We travelled all over Greece to find the best feta, buffalo pasta, greek jams, salami, olive oil, greek yoghurt and so many other things and now we are able to cook with them.
The Life Goddess offers ingredients that you will find only in store but cooks them the proper mommy’s food. Food with history and future.
