I would advise anyone to avoid this company. Seriously DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!
Their customer service is non-​existent. You can’t speak to them on the phone, you have to e-​mail. Then there’s no response.
I ordered bedside cabinets from them in March. They had no stock, then was repeatedly told they were about to arrive, but only after I had asked they did not keep me updated. They finally turned up in July, on the day I was going on holiday. I asked for a week’s delay but they said they wanted to stick with the date, so my neighbour took them in.
When I returned from holiday, I opened the boxes to find both were damaged completely caved in at the fronts. They tried to blame it first on my neighbour, (no way, he is elderly and not strong enough), then on the courier. It was obvious these cabinets had either been dropped from a height, or they had been hit by something extremely heavy and solid. It has been a total nightmare, what with trying to return the cabinets and then trying to get my money refunded (nearly £200). Eventually, on the 13^th of this month, I was told the money had been refunded, but it still hasn’t appeared in my account. I have sent countless e-​mails over the last week to ask what the situation is, but had no response. I know my e-​mails are being read as I request a read receipt each time. I have been treated with total contempt.
Dreadful company.
I phoned my credit card provider and they confirmed that the refund has still not been made so I now have to claim my refund through them. Hopefully I will get it back.
Update At the end of writing this, I could not resist making another phone call the line is dead! Have they gone out of business?
