Good food at cheap prices but can be rather noisy with kids and karaōke. Fortunately they have a quieter area of the pub — away from the karaōke at least.

Great pub to go for a Sunday lunch, disabled loo and lots of space but beware if you go in the evening it can attract some rather unsavory characters and usually there’s loads of kids running around being left to their own devices and allowed to stay up till closing time. Food is good and cheap.

not a bad pub, if a litte wacky on the décor front, the fox under the hill is like you’re friendly local, even when the staff don’t crack a smile! its not the kind of place that ever gets busy– especially during the week. they serve all the usual euro fizz like fosters, becks etc, personally i go for the only bitter avaliable– greene king ipa. I have to give them credit for quailty– the ipa was spot on. food wise this place went under a refit(you now have a door that separates the pub from the restaurant). the food is of a good quality– wetherspoons kind of quality, i would say. the prices aren’t bad(i don’t quote prices for the simple reason that they change!) the size of the meals are good as well. Overall this is a family orienteered pub, and is ideal for the children. give them a go, you will like it!
