Established in 2012.
The Bird in Hand, is the 3rd restaurant in a small group owned by restaurateur Jasper Gorst. It follows along similar lines to his flagship restaurant, The Oak in Notting Hill.
The Bird in Hand is focused on creating interesting & innovative dishes using classic Italian & Mediterranean flavours & influences; the pizzas are also delicious.
