Sorry to say this, but your customer service is AWFUL. Middle aged hindu/​bangladesh woman, working here is absolutely rude. No smile, no greetings. Furthermore, demonstrates her BAD attitude to customers. That’s not how it should work! It’s good idea to recruit someone friendly and helpful instead

Back in the day, this place was called ‘Saveway’ and changed it’s name after — allegedly — being threatened with legal action by the bigger supermarket chain of a similar name Anyway, this place is alright to pop in for basic groceries and it’s handily located by Hendon Central tube station (Northern Line) and bus stops. But it’s well in need of a refit and an update and the staff could be friendlier.
