Sunset Translations works mainly in three areas (legal, technical and travel & tourism), in which I can guarantee polished results, meeting the demands of each of the industries covered.

Business Owner

I am Rebeca Encinas Manchado, a freelance English to Spanish translator and proofreader. I provide English to Spanish translation services focusing mainly in my three areas of expertise: legal, technical and travel & tourism, in which I can provide excellent results.

My BA in Translation & Interpreting (Universidad de Valladolid) provided me with a sound foundation of general and specialised translation (legal, financial and technical), together with strong linguistic skills in English, Spanish and French, international relations and an insight into the culture and history of the English speaking countries.

In 2012 I started a MA in Legal Translation (City University London), in which I have acquired in-​depth knowledge of the legal systems I am working with and I have learned how to find accurate terminological solutions.

Besides, I am a sworn translator appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and I am registered as a sworn translator at the Spanish Consulate in London
