All of our current stylists are Japanese and bring a dedicated level of care and attention to our service.

Booking by appointment advised for weekends and busy times although a walk-​in service is provided, subject to availability.

History

Established in 2006.

Established in April 2006, the business continues to provide a quality, caring service.

We have had UK, French, Brazilian and Korean staff members over years although our stylists are all currently Japanese.

Our clientele is as varied as London itself although we are happily well-​supported by the local Japanese community.

Meet the Business Owner

Kaz U.

Business Owner

Kaz is the owner and head stylist.

He came to the UK in 1997 and has worked in oriental salons in London, most recently at Moda /​Image in Oriental City, Colindale before opening Studio Stage Door in 2006.

Kaz is a native of Kyushu island and a dedicated professional with a big personality and a confident and caring approach to his work. He enjoys being in Muswell Hill and its environs and relishes the variety London offers in terms of food, drink and entertainment.

He is supported by Chiko who has been with us since 2006 and by full-​time staff members Keiko, Miyuki, Emi, Micco and Yuri. Our part-​time staff members include Namika, Yuko, Fumiko, Yuka and Rumiko.
