Been in there a few times as it is the local and while it isn’t the worst Indian food the service is terrible. Last time we went we asked to take what was left after a meal away and the guy brought two containers and a bag for us to pack up. Considering it wasn’t busy(and never is) it really isn’t excusable. They also never pick up the phone so don’t bother trying to order a takeaway. The phone ran frequently during my last meal and they didn’t pick it up once. Same for when I tried to order takeaway. Had to go somewhere else in the end. You would have thought with such few customers they would be doing their best to keep the ones they have. Anyway, will have to find a new local Indian as won’t be going back there again. If you do decide on going though, have their peshwari naan(if you weren’t going to anyway). That is something they do do really well.

Flippin’ Norah this is a damn good curry! For under a tenner each 5 of us stuffed our little faces with mixed grill, coconut rice, veggie Balti and more. What made it even better value for money was the BYOB and the somewhat limitless supply of popadums coming out from the kitchen. Now this is your traditional western style Pakistani food here, nothing so awesome you have to scream it from the roof tops, just a brilliant local curry house with perfect service. Tooting really has got the curry mile of the South and just walking down the high street you’ll find the smell of Tikka Masala following you. In actual fact, as I left the curry house I took that smell with me, all the way to my bed.
