You need an appointment if you need to see a technician to check your eyes. Otherwise, if all you need are glasses, then you can just walk in.
They have frames for a range of prices from designer frames to 15−20£ ones and even glasses discounted by NHS.
Service is fast. We have always got our prescription glasses within 2 – 4 days.
You can choose how expensive you want your lenses to be and if you want them photo chromatic or not.
The people we have interacted with in the store have all been really helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with. They simplify the process if you need them to and are more than willing to provide advice and recommendations if you need it.
