We specialise in architectural design of mainly residential conversions, as well as interiors, which also includes for shops and offices. This usually means obtaining compliance with local government town planning as well as building regulations, including structural design.

We also work in collaboration with most building trades including H & V and other building mechanical and electrical/​plumbing services. As a result we are able to provide a ‘turnkey’ solution to refurbishment and interiors + roof patios and conversions. All the project is then specified and each item priced separately. Our unique speciality is attention to detail, including structural design.

History

Established in 1983.

We evolved from pre-​contract design projects into both pre and post contract ‘design + build’ allowing more integration.

I’ve been involved with building design of retail shops through to estate improvements of commercial property portfolios. Often this resulted in a change of use, with substantial internal alterations. More recently the opening out of space to create more natural light with an integrated design has created added value to smaller urban apartments.
