Do not touch this company with a barge pole. The service in the shop was excellent but we have a fault with our sofa and they tried to charge £98 to inspect it. They would have nothing to do with our complaint and when an arbitration company told them to refund us, they refused and S&S have now been suspended as members of The Furniture Ombudsman. We are now taking this to court. The complaint started in December and is still continuing! They have NO after sales customer service.
