Dirt cheap shoes. Which means lots of styles from years ago and makes that are uncomfortable to wear… and lots and lots of pleather/​plastic.
However, they do have the occasional surplus windfall from faith and other Topshop-​stocked brands… so you may find yourself thinking «well, for £10 — why not?»
The shop keeper is nice and polite. I certainly appreciate his business for what it is.
And, as a total aside, this store is also a warm and convenient place to hole up while eagerly anticipating the appearance of the number 8 bus headed to Liverpool Street — why not browse while you wait!
