I love this takeaway /​delivery. Food is exceptional, authentic and not at all commercial in taste. Friendly staff and a manager owner with the smoothest voice you’ll ever hear. Think Cat Stevens. They deliver mostly to me and always arrives piping hot and by a personable pleasant employee. I manage a restaurant so my standards are high. Recommend fish bhuna, garlic squid chilli, dal samba, King prawn purée, King prawn basand and chana masalla amongst other. Enjoy.

Delivery took just over an hour on a Saturday night, but it’s the weekend and they must be popular, so hey.
A mystery bottle of Coke arrived with the order, it seems this is a freebie if you pay over a certain amount?
The food itself was unremarkable — The daal makhani was almost unrecognisable as daal, far too sweet and creamy it looked more like a milky rice pudding. The samosas (heavens above the restaurant is named after these so they should be great) were really disappointing, the cheap frozen little things you’d get from your local Indian supermarket, what a pity. I chose the jalfrezi chicken tikka and my partner the paneer tikka dhansak, both were OK, nothing more I can say about those really.

First time trying this take away and was really impressed. I live quite close but was only 20 minutes to make a lot of food for me and my flat mates. All the food was top quality! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

We’ve lived in the same flat for over two years now, and every time we get takeout curry we tend to try a different place. There are SO MANY, and while dishes vary from one place to the next, it’s been a fun experiment to try them all. This is the first place that I’ve become militant about going back to. The food is perfectly cooked and so fresh tasting. The garlic naan is amazing. The service is fast. It’s just. The perfect takeout curry. Seriously. The chicken dhansak is my new favorite in aaallll the laaaand.
I know I should continue to try others in the area, but I cannot fathom them tasting any better than this.

These guys make the best poppadums this side of the Gulf of Arabi! Friendly with delivery service staying cheerful through rain, sleet or snow. In many years of having our Friday night treat of Balti Chicken Makhani, CTM and plain rice we have never had a bad one off these guys — ever!
