I like a bargain like any women and when it costs £3 for eye brow threading without having to book an appointment you just have to jump at the chance! There’s 8 threading stations but I only see the use half the capacity! When you come in you need to pluck a ticket out of the machine like you would normally for the meat counters in some supermarkets. And while you are waiting there are some seats but you gotta be pretty lucky to get one as they are always taken. The actually service I received wasn’t that great as I had to point out areas where the lady had missed and after 5 minutes it did not look like there was any difference made. Sorry to say I did not have the patience to tell the lady what she needed to do and she was not swing about her work not looking even or defining my eye brows. So next time I’m going to try a different women and hopefully you guys that’s try here write a review or tip of who’s the best threader there!

Went to the ladies only shop — good experience, they were friendly and competent. Price was also reasonable, would go back

I had a £18 hair cut. The cheap price is a true reflection of the poor quality of the hair cut. The hairdresser was awful. She didn’t listen to what I wanted. Awful hair cut. I had to return back to my expensive London City Hairdresser to correct the haircut. Sajna is an awful place. Their staff look miserable and can’t afford to smile.

Whoever said being a woman is easy, clearly never had to have a wax, get threaded or have your most painful lady parts plucked within an inch of their life! However at Sajna this process is at least made easier and slightly less painless due to the service and prices /good value offered. I am still in shock at how cheaply they offer such fantastic treatments, especially compared to other London establishments. The waiting times — considering you don’t have to book — aren’t long at all, usually around 10 — 15 minutes if that. Perhaps more importantly the staff are experienced, friendly and polite. I would highly recommend Sajna and am gutted I don’t now live close to the Tooting or Clapham shops so I can use them regularly.

Has anyone had a haircut from Sajna’s? Looking for a hair salon in which I will have a good experience unlike the previous place I had my hair cut from!

I’ve only been there once but i intend on going there for my manicure when I’m on a tight budget… However I don’t think all of the staff are actually proffessional you sort of have to go with your instincs and think does she look proffessional from the way she carries herself, I guess most of the staff are just experienced and that’s all. But yeah i was going to get my eyebrows done aswell but just before i did someone was complaining on how they took too much off so it put me off and didn’t get it done in the end… remember girls if you don’t trust the place and are picky about your eyebrows then don’t go somewere just because its cheap! But my manicure was done fine, I was on a budget so it did meet my expectations, just not sure about the other services.

There is a string of Indian beauty salons along Tooting Broadway but this is by far the best. Most popular for eye brow threading, the savvy owner operates a ticket system for this service so you don’t have to book. Just go in grab a ticket and wait for your number to be called up. This ensures a high turnover of punters all the time! I’ve been having threading done for quite a while now as my Indian mum took me when I was younger. The beautcians use two pieces of thread twisted together to quickly pluck. The prices here are an absolute steal, £3 for eye brows compared to £15 London department stores have started charging. If you’re going for the first time make sure you’re clear about what shape you want so you don’t end up looking over plucked! The salon also offers hair cuts and waxing. Though I haven’t tried these customers always look happy from where I’ve been standing. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

Being a woman, you have to come to terms with certain things in life. One of those being the dreaded wax. I don’t know about yourselves, but when having a stranger poke around my lady bits I like to be made to feel as comfortable as possible. At Sajna there is no need to book, you can just walk in, the longest I’ve had to wait is 10 minutes. A beautician takes you downstairs to a pod, there are quite a few of these pods hence the no waiting. En route she asks you what you want etc etc and generally does a really good job at making you feel comfortable. The whole place is really hygienic and clean. The wax itself is really well done. Quick and as painless as it can be and leaves you as smooth as a babies bum.
