Sai Properties

Do not make the mistake we did of renting with Sai Properties. Our deposit was not put in a tenancy deposit scheme, and it took almost 2 months of battling with the estate agents to get our money back. Our deposit was only returned when we threatened legal action and contacted a lawyer. The staff were continually rude and dismissive, and genuinely could not have been more incompetent.
Amongst other issues, the property was clearly not professionally cleaned when we moved in — food and tenants’ belongings left in cupboards, thick dust, sewing needles in the carpet. Repairs were not done, or not done properly, and we were even dragged into disputes between the landlord and agency.
Avoid these people.

I rented a room managed by SaiProperties. Flat
was enormous and reasonably priced. We asked for a few repairs to be done and
each time SaiProperties responded very efficiently. I have rented new flat with
well known agency and their level of service is nowhere as professional as SaiProperties. I
send all my regards to the wonderful staff at Sai Properties. Keep up the good work!

DO NOT USE SAI PROPERTIES.
As everyone has mentioned already, the staff are useless, not capable of doing anything useful at all. Using our move as an example, we liked a flat that they advertised so we put the deposit down, only for them to try every trick in the book to try to cause problems so that we would lose the flat and our deposit. This included them creating problems with our paperwork, and worse still, a day before our move day, telling us that they didn’t think that we earned enough money to pay to live in London and therefore would not be able to move in to the flat that we had already put a deposit on.
We were also told that we could chose furniture for the flat when we move in, and then were told by the landlords that we couldn’t once we had moved in. We have only lived here for the minimum 6 months, and we’re getting out for so many reasons. I can’t say where the flat is, but please don’t use SAI, and i hope you don’t end up where i was.
