I love this Indian takeaway. I’ve been coming here for a good five years, and as a loyal customer, they always make me feel appreciated. Whenever I place an order they ask me how I am and give me free salads, popodums or rice.
You have all traditional Indian dishes here and a few chef specials. What I love about this particular takeaway, is that food is always consistent — if you always get the same dish, it will always be how you like it. The prices are cheap and the customer service is excellent. When you walk in here, it feels a bit old and in a time warp, but dont let that distract you from the tasty food.

The Royal Bengal is a pretty standard Indian takeaway which offers a good selection of Indian dishes. The place is a little shabby but is usually pretty busy.
I have had an Indian meal from here twice now and can’t really complain. The only thing I would say is that they make the food fairly mild so I would advise that you ask for a little extra spice if you like your meals on the hotter side!
The staff are friendly — not particular over sociable but nice nonetheless. The prices are also on average at around £7 for a full meal.
