I am writing as I received very poor service today, when I brought back a china cup which handle came off when I washed it, three other cups of the same kind perfectly fine. The young man who served me just shrugged his shoulders as he did not have another cup to replace the broken one, no apologize or alternative was given. I have in the past bought from Roomes, but this was Bad.

This is not the biggest department store you will ever visit & half of it has recently been sold off to make way for a new M&S store on Station Road. The products are not really cheap however the customer service is outstanding. The store has clothing departments (Men, Women & childrens clothing) electrical department & a seperate furniture store across the road. If you are not looking for a bargain, but appreciate good quality products & good service, you should give Roomes a go!
