Great experience with this dry cleaner! I needed to have some items dry cleaned while my husband was on a business trip and this business was just right up the street. Arass greeted me with a smile and was able to work with me on the time-frame that I needed to have the drycleaning done. I picked up my drycleaning on time and very professionally handled.

Best dry cleaners I’ve ever used. Awesome service and great ppl. Took a dress with bad stains on it. They took the stains out even when it required more then one wash and didn’t charge extra. Very helpful and nice.

Being a young professional living in the centre of London I count on great customer service and a dry cleaners I can trust — I would say I have been using these guys for a year or two without any complaints until my last two visits. I handed in a fairly expensive navy knitwear jumper which they said would be ready by a particular date, when I returned to collect it was not ready. When I collected it once it was ready I found what looked like a white mark, probably made from sort of heat appliance it wasn’t obvious but you could still see the mark in daylight — I ignored this and did not think much of it. I recently handed a very expensive coat to have dry cleaned and to my disappointment they had LOSTTHEBELT! I only realised when I arrived home to only go back and find out what happened to it, the man had asked me was it not on the hanger? I said no as I asked him to take it off the hanger when I picked it up he went into the back to look for it with no luck and called the other dry cleaners they are apparently linked to to ask if they had a belt, they claimed they had it and asked I return lunch time the next day. I demanded some kind of compensation and the man angrily defended himself saying he washed my coat at least 3 times why should I receive any compensation — I couldn’t believe what he said so to my anger I stormed out and gave it another 24 hours. I returned lunch time next day according to the man whom I eventually discovered was the ‘manager’ said he thought it was the belt that matched my jacket but actually wasn’t! at this point I am trying to keep calm, this man did not apologise, nor admit that he had lost the belt and offered no kind of solution to the problem, even asked me what I want to do?!! he made excuse after excuse to try and weave out of the situation and made out I was giving him a problem. He then said he would look from top to bottom of the dry cleaners and ask the other dry cleaners to look for it too, to my dismay I sat in the dry cleaners while he looked for the belt eventually I ran out of patience and demanded compensation he refused and explained that unless the garment had been damaged no compensation is available. I could say fairly having lost part of a garment is just as bad as having a garment destroyed. Unfortunately this dry cleaners is NOTPARTOFTHETSA(Textile Services Association) they have their own policy and if I was to make a claim I would have to do on my own *just a note for everyone looking for a new dry cleaners which I was unaware about before to make sure they are part of the TSA otherwise if something happens similar to you, you will have no support to back you up and have resolved. I strongly recommend NOBODY to get their dry cleaning here there is NOCUSTOMERCARE they are not careful with the garments and looks like there is no organisation at all, everything is just willy nilly done, although it is convenient for me just down the road from where I live I will definitely not be returning to Reeves of Kensington.
